1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DesignAI Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DesignAI Studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Free tier users receive 3 design generations per month.
  • Pro subscriptions (Monthly ₹299 / Yearly ₹2999) grant unlimited generations, HD exports, and watermark-free downloads.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content (including copyrighted designs you do not own).
  • Use the Platform to generate deceptive, misleading, or harmful imagery.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI generation systems.
  • Interfere with other users' accounts or the Platform's infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all room photos and design briefs you upload.
  • Upon successful generation, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the AI-generated designs for personal or commercial purposes.
  • DesignAI Studio retains ownership of the underlying AI technology, platform code, and brand assets.
  • We may display anonymized generated designs in our public gallery or marketing materials unless you opt out.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or applicable laws. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

DesignAI Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated designs are suggestions and may not perfectly reflect real-world conditions. We are not liable for construction decisions, color accuracy, or spatial outcomes based on generated designs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
